Hai Phong seeks investors to build cemetery park worth nearly 600 billion VND

The Phi Liet Cemetery Park Construction Investment Project has a preliminary total implementation cost of 571,771 billion VND; compensation and resettlement support costs of 205,673 billion VND.

The total land use area of ​​the project is 31.3 hectares. The project will be completed in the period of 2025 - 2027.

Hai Phong is looking for investors to build a cemetery park worth nearly 600 billion VND (Illustration photo).

The Project's investment objective is to build a civilized and modern cemetery park that will help change people's perception of burial methods in traditional cemeteries in the past.

In addition, the project will create a close, airy, modern, clean and beautiful space; suitable for the customs and beliefs of the people, and at the same time be a local cultural and spiritual tourist destination.

Currently, Hai Phong City is inviting interested investors to submit application documents to implement the project.
