'Hue - Heritage, identity and green development vision', a unique highlight at the National Achievements Exhibition

(CLO) The exhibition "Hue - Heritage, identity and green development vision" is becoming a unique highlight within the framework of the National Achievements Exhibition "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" in Hanoi.

This is not just an ordinary exhibition event but a vivid story about the 700-year journey of the ancient capital, affirming Hue's position as a unique cultural and tourism center, while opening up a bold vision for a sustainable future.

With an impressive 645m2 exhibition space at Kim Quy House, the exhibition is designed as a journey through different dimensions. The first exhibition takes the public back to the heroic historical milestones, from the Nguyen Lords, Nguyen Dynasty, Tay Son Movement, to the integration and development journey of a dynamic city today.

The "Hue - Heritage City" area showcases the magnificent beauty of the Complex of Hue Monuments, along with traditional festivals, royal music and performing arts. This is a strong affirmation of the invaluable cultural value of Hue.

The exhibition honors "Knowledge of sewing and wearing Hue Ao Dai" with traditional and modern collections, showing the harmony between ancient charm and contemporary fashion spirit. The craft village space and OCOP products bring the unique flavor and identity of the ancient capital, from conical hats, Sinh village paintings to royal tea. Visitors can directly touch, taste and feel Hue culture in the most authentic way.

The final exhibition is a look into the future. Hue is not only a heritage city but also a smart, green, and environmentally friendly urban model, affirming its aspiration to become a centrally-governed city.

In particular, at 8:00 p.m. on September 2, 2025, Hue Art Night will light up the central stage with unique performances, a fusion of traditional and contemporary art.

Not stopping there, visitors are also treated to a culinary "feast" at the booth of the Hue Department of Tourism. With the theme "Quintessence of the Royal Court - Flavor of the Ancient Capital", this 48m2 space brings together famous dishes prepared on-site by professional chefs.

From the delicate traditional cakes (banh beo, nam, loc) to the rich bowl of Hue beef noodle soup and refreshing royal desserts, all contribute to affirming the position of "Hue - Culinary Capital" of Vietnam.

With the message "Hue - Heritage, identity and green development vision", the exhibition is not only an introduction, but also an attractive invitation. It shows that Hue is not only living in the glorious past but is also looking towards a bright, sustainable future, where heritage is preserved and promoted in a modern and aspirational city.
