Miss Yen Nhi confidently speaks English, admits error in speaking out of character

(Dan Tri) - On October 10, Vietnam's representative - Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi - entered the Closed Interview round of the Miss Grand International 2025 contest. In this round, she answered very confidently in English.

Yen Nhi and the other contestants of Miss Grand International 2025 have undergone a closed interview round. This round is an important factor, deciding the chances of the beauties to achieve high rankings.

In the first part, she praised the two contestants who impressed her the most, the representative of Armenia and her roommate, the beautiful Tanzanian.

In response to President Nawat's question about whether she attended any university, Yen Nhi answered "yes" and introduced the place she is studying.

Mr. Nawat then asked Yen Nhi how she felt about Armenian representative Kristina Goharik Ayanian. Yen Nhi commented that Kristina Goharik Ayanian is a friendly, cute girl who makes people around her feel comfortable.

She also praised her roommate, representing Tanzania, and revealed that she would vote for her roommate to win the Miss Grand International 2025 title.

Next, when asked about the pressure of competing, Yen Nhi talked about her family situation when her father worked as a construction worker and her mother sold lottery tickets to support her and her siblings' education. The beauty believes that the difficulties in life have taught her a lot and strives to improve herself.

Yen Nhi also mentioned her experience participating in the Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 contest and stopping at the top 15, and the following year, she returned to the contest and won the title of Miss Grand Vietnam 2025.

Before ending the interview round, Mr. Nawat asked Yen Nhi what she would do if she did not win the title of Miss Grand International 2025, the beauty replied that she wanted to pursue an artistic path, become an actress, sing or dance.

The final round of the Miss Grand International 2025 pageant will take place on October 18 in Thailand.

Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi (born 2004) was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 in mid-September. She has 2 weeks to prepare for Miss Grand International 2025.

Before becoming a beauty queen, Yen Nhi was a photo model, worked with many fashion brands and won second place in a photo contest. The 21-year-old beauty is 1.72m tall, with measurements of 81-64-92cm.

Yen Nhi is currently a 3rd year student majoring in Tourism and Travel Services Management, Van Hien University (HCMC).
