According to the Organizing Committee, in recent days, Hai Phong City Electricity has surveyed and prepared two large-capacity generators. On the afternoon of May 9, the unit will gather enough generators to check the capacity. The Organizing Committee has prepared solutions to deal with temporary power outages and explosions. In case of flooding in the event area, there will be a plan to use pumps to quickly drain water into the lake next to it.
