On the evening of December 24, in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association held the 2024 Vietnam Golden Star Award ceremony. Mr. Bui The Long, General Director of Green i-Park Joint Stock Company, received the Vietnam Golden Star Enterprise Cup 2024 at the ceremony.

The Vietnam Golden Star Award 2024 has 293 enterprises from 53 provinces and cities across the country nominated for voting. The award voting council selected typical enterprises to award the Vietnam Golden Star titles in 2024 based on a number of specific criteria: total assets, equity, total revenue, budget payment, profit after tax, profit margin/owner's equity, number of employees... Green i-Park Joint Stock Company, the investor in construction and business of infrastructure of Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park (Thai Thuy) was voted and honored in the top 200 Vietnam Golden Star enterprises in 2024.

Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park has been identified by the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Thai Binh province as a project to open the way to attract investment and build Thai Binh Economic Zone to become a key point and driving force for economic development of the province according to the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

With the orientation of sustainable and environmentally friendly development, right from the beginning of constructing the industrial park infrastructure, Green i-Park focused all resources on building industrial park infrastructure that meets green, smart and ESG criteria - a set of three standards used to measure the level of sustainable development and the impact of businesses on the community.

Some typical projects are Lotes Vietnam Co., Ltd. investing 167 million USD, Greenworks Vietnam Co., Ltd. investing 200 million USD, Compal Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. investing 260 million USD, Pegavision Vietnam Co., Ltd. investing 200 million USD, Jinro Soju Vietnam Co., Ltd. investing 100 million USD...

In 2023 alone, the industrial park attracted 6 FDI projects, contributing to Thai Binh reaching the milestone of attracting nearly 3 billion USD in FDI capital for the first time, entering the top 5 localities in the country in attracting FDI. The positive performance also helped increase the occupancy rate of the industrial park to nearly 50% in phase 1.
