Attending the workshop were Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac - Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; experts and scientists from the Political Academy of Regions I, II, III, IV, the Board of Directors of Political Schools and representatives of leaders of provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta region.

On the side of Vinh Long province, there were comrades: Ho Thi Hoang Yen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Thi Thuy Kieu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Committee for Gender Equality and Advancement of Women; along with comrades of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors; former delegates of the Central and provincial leaders.

Speaking at the opening of the workshop, comrade Ho Thi Hoang Yen emphasized that this is the first workshop on the work of female leaders and managers in Vinh Long province in particular and the Mekong Delta region in general after the merger. In particular, the workshop was organized after the success of the 1st Congress of Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, which is even more important, demonstrating the Party Committee's high political determination in building a team of cadres, especially female leaders and managers, worthy of the stature and development aspirations of the land rich in tradition, dynamism and creativity.

The workshop is an important and practical forum for provinces and cities in the region to exchange and share experiences, valuable lessons, and good models; and at the same time discuss breakthrough solutions in planning, training, using and developing female leaders and managers in the new period.
