According to the report, after the merger, Cho Lach has 46 party cells with 1,455 party members. People's lives are mainly in trade, services, production, trading of ornamental flowers, seedlings, and cultivating fruit gardens. The commune has 5 products meeting OCOP standards, 4 cooperatives and 127 cooperative groups in operation. Cho Lach has achieved 14/19 criteria for an advanced new rural commune. The poverty rate has been reduced to 1.37%.

At the meeting, the locality proposed to continue implementing the Cho Lach Cultural Tourism Village Project; promptly deploy synchronous connecting traffic works such as Dinh Khao Bridge, Tan Phu Bridge and expanding National Highway 57; provide reserve funds to support the locality in promptly handling landslides on dyke lines and waste, etc.

The delegation also visited and surveyed Cai Ga Con Eco-tourism Area; Hoang Long bonsai production facility; and Chin Dung seedling and ornamental flower production facility.
