Meeting of the Organizing Committee of the 23rd Hai Phong - Tien Phong Plastic City Club Championship, Security Cup 2024

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the afternoon of November 8, the Department of Culture and Sports held a meeting of the Steering Committee, Organizing Committee, Head of Delegation, and Coaches of the 23rd Hai Phong – Tien Phong Plastic City Club Championship, Security Cup 2024. Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports Pham Thi To Trang, Head of the Organizing Committee chaired the meeting. Attending were representatives of leaders of the Department, branches, sectors and related units.
The 23rd Hai Phong - Tien Phong Plastic City Club Championship, Hai Phong Security Special Cup 2024 is jointly organized by the Department of Culture and Sports, the City Police and the Hai Phong Football Federation. The tournament will have 10 clubs with 220 athletes participating. The City Club Championship will open on November 12, 2024 at the Maritime University Stadium.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, Head of the Organizing Committee Pham Thi To Trang, emphasized: The 23rd Hai Phong - Tien Phong Plastic City Club Championship, Security Cup in 2024 is a practical sports competition to celebrate major holidays in 2024, creating a healthy playground for young people in the city, attracting a large number of athletes to participate in football training, physical training, contributing to the development of the football movement in the whole city.
The Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports requested the unit to carry out the assigned tasks on schedule. The football teams ensure the health and safety of the athletes participating in the tournament. The Department of Sports Management - Department of Culture and Sports reviews the professional conditions and facilities to ensure the tournament takes place safely and successfully. The city police ensure security and order throughout the tournament. The clubs strictly follow the tournament regulations. The impartial and objective referee team ensures fairness for the tournament to be a success./.
