Parking and entrance instructions for the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress

On the afternoon of October 11, the Organizing Committee of the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, announced the parking lot layout and travel directions for delegates, reporters, guests and service staff to ensure smooth, safe and convenient traffic during the Congress.

According to the Organizing Committee, the routes to the Congress area are divided into many clear paths, with signs and on-site coordination forces to avoid traffic jams. Specifically, the entrance area for artists, reporters and logistics staff will be gate number 2. Official delegates and guests will enter from the main gate. All delegates, reporters, logistics teams... will park their vehicles in the auxiliary parking lot or the conference center area according to the instructions of the on-site coordination force.

In addition, the areas for specialized vehicles and the Organizing Committee's vehicles are arranged separately in the West and South of the stadium, convenient for accessing the conference hall, press center, exhibition area and display booth. The Organizing Committee also arranged a separate Press Center for reporters and media agencies to work conveniently, with adequate conditions to serve the information and propaganda work about the Congress. All delegates, guests and reporters are recommended to arrive early, comply with the traffic flow instructions of the police force and youth volunteers to ensure order and safety during the event.

Mr. Duong Anh Duc, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, said that the 1st Congress of the City Party Committee is a special political event, marking a historic turning point when Ho Chi Minh City merged with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau. The Congress gathered 550 delegates, including 110 ex-officio delegates and 440 appointed delegates. The Congress will take place from October 13 to 15, 2025, with the official opening session on the morning of October 13 at the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials Hall.
