To adapt to the context of the country promoting digital transformation and constantly improving the quality and effectiveness of the Youth Union's work, the cadres and union members of Phan Rang ward have been proactively learning, participating in training courses, and improving their knowledge to ensure the safe application of AI and bring practical benefits. According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thao - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Secretary of the Phan Rang Ward Youth Union, the application of information technology in general and AI in particular has been actively deployed by the cadres and union members of the ward, especially in creating communication products suitable for children and teenagers and enhancing the effectiveness of propaganda, conveying meaningful messages to target groups. Notable in the application of AI in the work of the Youth Union is the Youth Union member Le Hoang Nguyen - in charge of communication and digital transformation of the Ward Youth Union, who has used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Google Gemini to support the drafting of propaganda articles, speeches, program scripts, ideas for events, design of media publications, posters, banners, logos of Youth Union - Association events...

Phan Rang Ward Youth Union actively applies information technology and artificial intelligence, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of Youth Union work.

In addition to propaganda work, the ward's Youth Union officers and members also apply AI to support document drafting, program script writing, member management, opinion surveys, data synthesis, etc., helping to save a lot of time and improve content quality. The ward's officers and members also proactively research, comply with the principles of data security and safety, and do not share internal information or sensitive data on public AI platforms.

Support effective teaching

For nearly 2 years of study, Mr. Nguy Nhu Thai - Head of the Math - IT Group, An Phuoc High School (Ninh Phuoc Commune) has proactively researched and applied AI to support teaching. According to Mr. Thai, to apply AI safely and effectively, turning it from a simple support tool into a "powerful assistant" in teaching, he actively participated in training courses organized by the Ministry of Education and Training , Department of Education and Training; at the same time, he researched and participated in many courses on applying AI in teaching organized by units and individuals.

“I registered Google Gemini copyright and regularly use this tool to support lesson planning; create test questions; support outline building and significantly shorten the time to draft reports and plans. Along with that, I created and trained 3 AI chatboxes - AI assistants specializing in Math for grades 10, 11 and 12 according to the 2018 General Education Program so that students of all classes can ask questions and self-study Math at home. I also use AI combined with Python to write Manim code to visualize Math concepts such as definitions and theorems; support summarizing and annotating lectures so that students can grasp knowledge better. For me, AI is a useful tool, helping to save a lot of time, making lectures more lively, attracting students to participate in learning and improving teaching quality. Not only applying for myself, I hope that after practicing proficiently, I will share the knowledge learned with colleagues, helping some colleagues in "The team and school apply AI well in effective teaching" - Mr. Thai shared.

Effective tool, bringing many practical values

For Mr. Tran Van Linh - an information technology specialist at the Department of Education and Training, AI is no longer a strange concept but has become an effective tool, bringing many practical values to daily work. According to Mr. Linh, proactively grasping and using AI not only helps optimize personal performance but also opens up opportunities to innovate management work, contributing to improving the quality of education in the entire industry. One of the most obvious applications is the application of large language models such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini to research, look up information, analyze data and support the drafting of administrative documents. Mr. Linh gave a specific example of NotebookLM - an intelligent research assistant, which helps systematize, summarize and quickly retrieve information from specialized documents uploaded by users. This tool is especially useful in supporting the development and commenting on policy documents, synthesizing reports, analyzing educational data for forecasting and strategic planning. As a result, professionals can save a significant amount of time on paperwork, devoting more attention to specialized tasks that require creative and analytical thinking.

“To turn AI from a mere support tool into a powerful professional assistant, users need to identify priority tasks that can be improved effectively with AI, starting with small tasks to evaluate and replicate; equip themselves with effective prompting skills to maximize AI capabilities; standardize workflows with integrated AI and focus on developing human capacity. When using AI, especially in the public administration environment, it is necessary to strictly comply with regulations on security and information security, absolutely do not put sensitive data, internal information or State secrets into public AI platforms and always verify the accuracy of information provided by AI” - Mr. Linh shared.

In the context of the country promoting digital transformation, proactively learning and applying AI in work has been and is being implemented by many civil servants, public employees and workers in the province. Applying AI, especially in state agencies, will contribute to reducing work pressure, streamlining processes, significantly shortening time, and improving work efficiency in the digital age.
