Hyundai Santa Fe 2024 launched in Vietnam market, price from 1.069 billion VND

On the morning of September 18, Hyundai Thanh Cong introduced the new generation Hyundai Santa Fe in the Vietnamese market with suggested retail prices ranging from 1.069 - 1.365 billion VND.

The all-new generation Hyundai Santa Fe is introduced with 5 versions and 2 engine options, although there is no longer a diesel version.

The Santa Fe 2024 belongs to the completely new 5th generation, with a classic SUV-style boxy exterior design. The headlights and hood are pushed up high, creating a strong and sporty look.

The car has automatic adaptive LED headlights, the grille is equipped with smart automatic air vent opening/closing feature depending on the operating mode, helping to optimize aerodynamics. The new Santa Fe has a drag coefficient of only 0.298Cd, equal to a sedan.

Compared to the previous generation, Santa Fe 2024 is 45mm longer and 50mm higher. The wheelbase is increased by 50mm to 2,815mm, making the space in the two rear rows more spacious.

Depending on the version, there will be 18, 20 or 21 inch rims. Along with that is a roof rack that can carry up to 100kg, the C-pillar has a hidden hook for convenient climbing up to unload and load items on the roof.

The design inspiration of the interior space is modeled after a giant H-shape with interwoven horizontal and vertical lines.

The highlight of the front row space is the 12.3-inch connected touch screen information screen and entertainment screen, supporting wireless Android Auto/Apple Carplay, satellite navigation map integrated with W3W technology with absolute precision exclusively for the Vietnamese market.

Other notable amenities include a 12-speaker Bose system with a separate amplifier, a head-up display (HUD), a 6.6-inch touchscreen air-conditioning control panel, electric seats with 2-position memory, heated steering wheel, heated and ventilated front seats, and automatic anti-fog and anti-condensation front windows.

There are also independent dual sunroofs for the first and second rows, digital rearview mirror on the highest version, and a UV-sterilized document compartment. The Calligraphy version has Nappa leather seats and electric second row seats.

All versions of the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe use the new generation Smartstream gasoline engine. In which, the 2.5L naturally aspirated gasoline engine has a capacity of 194 horsepower, 246Nm torque, comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The highest version uses a 2.5L turbocharged petrol engine with 281 horsepower, 422Nm torque and an 8-speed wet dual-clutch transmission.

The vehicle has 4 driving modes and continues to use the HTRAC intelligent 4-wheel drive system with 3 terrain modes including snow, sand and mud.

The 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe's all-N3 chassis has been improved, and the front/rear suspension and shock absorbers have also been upgraded. The car is equipped with a series of safety technologies and the Hyundai SmartSense active safety package (ADAS) with 8 features.
