Innovating operating methods and improving the capacity of Farmers' Association officials

On the afternoon of October 8, Tuy Hoa Ward Farmers' Association held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Dao Bao Minh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of Tuy Hoa Ward People's Council, and many delegates attended.

In the past time, Tuy Hoa Ward Farmers' Association has successfully implemented the Resolution of the Congress of Farmers' Association delegates at all levels, completing emulation targets and political tasks in the locality.

The Association actively propagates to cadres and farmer members to have good awareness of the purpose and significance of the National Target Program on building advanced new rural areas, model residential areas, and model gardens; mobilizes young people to join the army every year, achieving 100% of assigned targets; promptly implements 5 contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". Every year, in the area, nearly 2,000 farmer households register to compete to achieve the title of good farmer and business households...

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the association has set 10 targets and 3 breakthroughs. Therein, it focuses on promoting the tradition of solidarity, innovating operating methods, improving the capacity of association officials, developing members, replicating effective economic models, applying digital transformation in agriculture, etc.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of Tuy Hoa Ward Farmers' Association, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 28 members. Mr. Ha Van Lam was appointed as Chairman of the Association.
