According to Xinhua News Agency, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi affirmed on October 7 that Tehran's nuclear issue can only be resolved through negotiations.
"There is no other solution than negotiations," Mr. Araghchi wrote on the X network.

Minister Araghchi made the statement in response to US President Donald Trump's warning on October 5 that Washington "will have to deal with that problem" if Iran restarts its nuclear program.
Minister Araghchi added that there was no evidence to support Mr Trump's claim that Iran would possess nuclear weapons "within a month".
Iran's foreign minister noted that at the start of the fifth round of nuclear talks with US Special Envoy for the Middle East Steve Witkoff, he made it clear that no nuclear weapons meant there would still be a deal, but insisted that dismantling the uranium enrichment program was a "red line" that could not be negotiated.
"Continuing to miscalculate about Iran and our country's nuclear program will not solve any problems," Foreign Minister Araghchi stressed.
