According to the People's Committee of Tra On commune, through studying the approved master plan, the People's Committee of the commune proposed 4 favorable locations, connecting by river and road for investors to choose to invest.

Specifically, the location at the old Tra On District Cargo Terminal has been invested in building a cargo terminal, with a 5m asphalt road connecting to District Road 70 and a land plot managed by the Commune People's Committee, with a total area of ​​nearly 3,300m2.

According to the planning, this is a land area for goods gathering and wastewater treatment. The second location at the old Tra On District Party Committee headquarters, there is a 3m asphalt road, the Tra On bridge residential road connecting to Highway 54 and a land area managed by the Commune People's Committee, over 8,600m2. According to the planning, this is a relic and green land area.

Location 3 in the industrial and handicraft planning land area, located next to District Road 70 and adjacent to Hau River branch; at the intersection adjacent to DT907 extension, with 4,300m2.

Location 4 at the old Tra On district waste transfer site, with a 3m asphalt road connecting from National Highway 54 to the waste transfer site, has invested in a drainage system along the road, built a fence around the land, with more than 27,600m2. This landfill is currently closed.
