Rewarding 35 outstanding works

After 1 year of launching, the 12th Vinh Phuc Provincial Press Award has attracted a large number of journalists, collaborators from press agencies in the province and journalists from central press agencies residing in Vinh Phuc to participate with higher quantity and quality than previous years. The Award Council received over 250 entries in 5 categories: print newspaper, electronic newspaper, press photo, radio newspaper, television newspaper.

The content of the entries is quite rich and diverse, closely following the requirements and tasks of propaganda work to serve the political tasks of the province and the country; comprehensively reflecting all fields: politics, economics, culture - society, national defense and security, Party building, and political system building.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Press Awards Council, this year's award has many works written with enthusiasm and a high sense of responsibility of the authors. There are many good works written on the topic of Party building, evaluating the socio -economic development achievements of the province in the process of implementing the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and after 60 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's advice when he visited the province: "Must make Vinh Phuc one of the richest and most prosperous provinces in the North of our country".

The Provincial Press Awards Council has selected 35 outstanding works to award prizes. Of which, there are 4 A prizes, 8 B prizes, 10 C prizes, and 13 consolation prizes.

At the award ceremony, 4 individuals were awarded commemorative medals for their contributions to the revolutionary journalism career of Vietnam by the Vietnam Journalists Association. The Vietnam Journalists Association and the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in participating in the national journalism award on Party building (the 7th Golden Hammer and Sickle - 2022) and in the propaganda to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Vinh Phuc.

The Provincial Press Awards Council launched the 13th Vinh Phuc Provincial Press Awards with the aim of selecting excellent works promoting Vinh Phuc province in the process of integration and development, reflecting issues of public concern, thereby raising the level of Vinh Phuc journalism in the constant flow of journalism across the country.
