Mr. Tran Ba Duc said: “The family has developed a model specializing in growing fruit trees for more than 20 years, each year bringing in an average income of over 500 million VND from fruits. Many products, such as red-fleshed dragon fruit, are part of the ward's OCOP products, and Hoang Kim star apple is a new specialty fruit favored by consumers, selling for 80,000 - 100,000 VND/kg. The family is always ready to welcome and guide groups to visit, learn from experiences as well as tourists to promote, introduce and sell products right in the garden.”


Located right next to National Highway 32, Mr. Luyen Thanh Binh's family, Residential Group 21, has 2 hectares of hill garden land, of which 0.3 hectares are planted with ornamental peach trees and 0.35 hectares of three-flower plum trees, the rest are red-fleshed dragon fruit and grafted longan. Every year, during peach and plum blossom season, many tourists come here to sightsee and check-in. Mr. Binh's family does not charge visitors for visiting the garden.
"When more people come to your garden, selling fruit trees and ornamental peach trees becomes more convenient," said Mr. Luyen Thanh Binh.

Similarly, the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu, Residential Group 21 also has 1.2 hectares of garden hill land, of which 0.35 hectares are planted with green-skinned grapefruit, 0.3 hectares of oranges, the rest are planted with peaches and plums with the purpose of both harvesting fruit and serving tourists to visit, check-in, and experience the peach and plum gardens.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu said: “Tourists coming to Trung Tam ward and Muong Lo area really enjoy taking photos and visiting fruit hills, especially in spring. The family welcomes tourists to visit for free, mainly to promote and introduce the beautiful scenery of the homeland, thereby selling more fruit products. The average income of the family each year is more than 200 million VND from selling fruit.”
