Yen Binh met and rewarded 10 businesses, cooperatives, and investors

On the morning of October 11, Yen Binh commune held a meeting with businesses, cooperatives, and investors in the area in 2025. Comrade Nguyen Huy Long - Member of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial Business Association attended and directed the conference.

The conference aims to promptly encourage and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in budget collection and social security in the locality and to accompany and remove difficulties for enterprises, cooperatives and investors in the production and business process.

Yen Binh commune currently has over 200 enterprises and cooperatives; 120 commune groups and 1,034 individual production and business households, operating in a variety of fields such as trade, services, agriculture - forestry, construction and processing. Although in the first months of 2025, the instability of the global economy , rising inflation... have created great pressure on the production and business activities of enterprises, cooperatives and investors in general and Yen Binh commune in particular.

However, with the spirit of overcoming difficulties and making efforts to adapt, the business community in Yen Binh commune has proactively adjusted its production and business model, sought solutions to promote production, expand markets, bring practical benefits to businesses, create jobs for workers, and increase revenue for the local budget.

Specifically, the value of industrial and handicraft production in the first 9 months of 2025 reached more than 2 trillion VND, accounting for 56% of the industrial production value of the old Yen Binh district; the total social investment capital in the period of 2021 - 2025 increased 1.34 times compared to the previous period, the value of goods exports reached 50 million USD, contributing to the local budget over 100 billion VND, accounting for 70% of the total balanced revenue of the whole commune.

In order to promptly resolve difficulties for enterprises, cooperatives and investors in the area, Yen Binh commune has synchronously implemented groups of tasks, solutions and directions of the Central and the province; issued directives, plans and scenarios to attract investment and collect budget for implementation, assigned specific tasks to specialized departments and offices according to the motto "assigning tasks, contracting products", always standing side by side with enterprises and cooperatives, supporting and creating all conditions for enterprises and investors to carry out projects and production and business activities according to the motto "Accompanying and serving".

On this occasion, Yen Binh commune had 2 enterprises receiving certificates of merit from the President of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry ; the commune also awarded certificates of merit to 3 collectives and 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in fulfilling the obligation to pay the state budget and contributing to social security work in the locality ( photo above ).
