
Binh Xa Communal House is located on a land area of nearly 1,300 m2 , in Binh Xa village, is a provincial historical - cultural relic worshiping the National Duke, Commander-in-Chief Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan, who commanded his soldiers three times to defeat the Yuan-Mongol invaders in the 13th century and is a talented general recorded in world history. Every year, the people of Binh Xa village organize a traditional festival to commemorate the merits and career of Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan. The festival takes place for 3 days, from the 19th to the 21st of the 8th lunar month.

Over the ups and downs of time, Binh Xa communal house has seriously degraded. In order to meet the need to protect and promote the cultural and historical values of the relic, with the attention of leaders of departments, branches, localities, the donations of local people, philanthropists, children of the homeland living, working, laboring and studying all over the country, in early 2024, the communal house started to restore and embellish all items with a total cost of nearly 7 billion VND. After more than 1 year of construction, the project has now been completed, meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of the people, while contributing to preserving and promoting the cultural and historical heritage values of the locality.
