Lam Dong Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam emphasized: “Lam Dong commits to accompany businesses and investors. We are determined that this is not just a message but we will be determined to carry it out to the end.”

On the afternoon of October 11, Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee held a press conference to inform the results of the 1st Provincial Party Congress , term 2025-2030 and the 2025 Investment Promotion Conference.

At the press conference, Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary Dang Hong Sy informed that the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress took place from October 9 to 11, with 498 delegates representing nearly 124,000 Party members and nearly 300 invited delegates.

The Congress voted to pass a resolution with the development goal: “Building a clean and strong Party organization; leading comprehensive development, taking stability as the foundation, taking socio -economic development as the central task, taking happiness and prosperity of the people as the goal to strive for; by 2030, Lam Dong province will become a fairly developed province, one of the dynamic growth poles of the region in the era of national development”.

“The congress applies digital technology , no paper. All tasks such as delegates receiving documents, taking attendance, looking up seats, and exhibiting socio-economic achievements of Lam Dong province are applied with information technology and digitized,” Mr. Dang Hong Sy informed.

Also at the press conference, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc said that to welcome the success of the 1st Provincial Party Congress and strongly promote a new wave of investment in key sectors, on the morning of October 12, the Provincial People's Committee organized the Investment Promotion Conference in 2025.

With the theme: "Lam Dong: Breakthrough potential , enhance position", the 2025 Investment Promotion Conference will introduce the potentials, competitive advantages, strategic orientations and connections, calling for investment in 72 key projects in Lam Dong in 2025; period 2026-2030, orientation to supplement legal and planning of Lam Dong province more than 300 projects are building data.

The investment promotion conference is expected to have 750 delegates including leaders of the Government, ministries, central branches; embassies, international organizations; leaders of provinces and cities; corporations, enterprises, large domestic and foreign investors...

On this occasion, Lam Dong province organized to honor typical enterprises on the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day.

Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized that the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, identified three development pillars and 15 key project groups to mobilize all resources for investment in construction and development. He said that it is necessary to identify key projects to focus on calling for investment, creating strong development momentum.

“We have determined that we must soon develop a provincial planning, this is a very important factor in the local development journey. At the same time, along with other factors, Lam Dong focuses on investing in and developing transport infrastructure, digital infrastructure, high-quality human resources in the political system and in socio-economic development,” said Mr. Ho Van Muoi , Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.

In his concluding remarks, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province, emphasized that in order to realize the goal of building Lam Dong into a fairly developed province of the country by 2030, a dynamic growth pole of the region, the locality identified the development of connecting traffic as a very important factor. When the traffic infrastructure is synchronized, it will connect investors, implement projects, and promote economic growth. At the same time, it will create a truly open and transparent environment for the private economy to develop, truly becoming an important driving force of the economy.
