On the afternoon of October 11, the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee held a press conference to inform the results of the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

At the press conference, comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, informed some main contents about the results of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, the 1st Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, taking place in 3 days, from October 9 - 11, 2025, was a great success.

The Congress announced the Politburo and Secretariat's decisions to appoint 94 comrades to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 1st term, 2025-2030; and to appoint 26 comrades to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 1st term, 2025-2030.

In which, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province, 14th term, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary Dang Hong Sy added that the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress has some differences compared to previous Provincial Party Congresses.

This Congress is a paperless Congress, applying digital technology. Delegates receive documents, take attendance, and find seating plans via the Congress APP. The exhibition at the Congress also applies electronic information technology.

At the Congress, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee received over 28 billion VND from localities in the province to support people in provinces severely affected by storms and floods. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee decided to transfer the first phase of support to 11 localities severely affected with the amount of 28 billion VND.

At the Congress, nearly 200 journalists carried out reporting activities with hundreds of quality news, articles and images, spreading information about the Congress to all classes of people.

In particular, emphasizing solutions to implement the Resolution's targets, especially on boosting economic growth rate, striving for double-digit growth; removing projects and bottlenecks in the economy, focusing on disbursing public investment capital well, creating momentum for other economic sectors to develop accordingly, thereby creating many new projects and works, attracting investment.

With the goal of basically having no poor households by 2030, the entire political system and society need to participate. The province resolutely implements poverty reduction measures, assigns targets, and develops specific plans for agencies and units, with the goal of improving people's living standards and trust so that people can live above the poverty line.

Comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee answered questions from journalists and reporters.

Regarding key projects, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi said that if the projects are not identified, the province will not be able to promote its internal strength for development. Therefore, identifying key projects will focus on improving infrastructure, traffic connections, digital infrastructure, creating new development space.

At the same time, complete the master plan and sectoral plans, define responsibilities, strengthen human resources, apply information technology and digital transformation.

Concluding the press conference, Lam Dong Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam emphasized: The 1st Provincial Party Congress was successfully held with the message "Solidarity, unanimity, joining hands to build an increasingly modern, prosperous and civilized Lam Dong homeland, with prosperous and happy people" to all cadres, party members, armed forces and people of all walks of life.

In particular, promoting the responsibility of Party committees, authorities, and localities to approach sustainability in the province's implementation capacity with the development of new, green, logistics models... The document's content has shaped Lam Dong's position with the connection between the Central Coast, Central Highlands, and Southeast regions.

To do this, there needs to be a plan to access resources. In addition to the budget, it is necessary to mobilize social resources, create conditions for businesses, and remove obstacles and bottlenecks in procedures to give businesses peace of mind.

The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that it is necessary to identify capacity and change the style of cadres as the core in handling problems, removing difficulties and limitations in implementing the 2-level local government. Identifying cadres as the core, the focus, the "key of the key", continuing to review and evaluate cadres' capacity, not only annually but also quarterly, 6-monthly and gradually monthly, linked to the conditions for performing the tasks of cadres and civil servants.
