In recent times, Nam Dong Commune Police have proactively advised local Party Committees and authorities to pay attention to investing in facilities and equipment to serve the work of receiving people and handling administrative procedures. At the one-stop shop, many people expressed their satisfaction with the service attitude of the officers and soldiers of Nam Dong Commune Police. Ms. Vuong Thi Lan Anh, residing in Hamlet 2, Nam Dong Commune, shared: "I went to the Commune Police to register and activate electronic identification accounts for my children. All procedures were very quick and easy, information was encoded by QR code, and the officers gave enthusiastic and friendly instructions."

Identifying the promotion of administrative reform as a breakthrough, Nam Dong Commune Police has focused on many synchronous solutions. The unit proactively advised the government to mobilize social resources to invest in equipment serving administrative work such as computers, printers, network systems, reception desks and chairs, public announcement boards of procedures... Ms. Ly Thi My, a resident of Nam Dong commune, shared: “Since the commune merged, the paperwork, temporary residence registration, temporary absence registration or citizen identification have all been faster. The police officers give enthusiastic guidance, everyone is cheerful and friendly, so people are very confident and secure.”

All administrative procedures under their authority are publicly and transparently posted at the headquarters and on online channels, making it easy for people to look up and implement.

In addition, the unit organizes to receive people, process documents according to the "one-stop" mechanism, and simultaneously deploys online public services in full and in part, helping people to submit documents, look up results, and receive processing notifications right at home via the Internet. In particular, administrative procedures are shortened in processing time, reduce paperwork, and improve transparency and service efficiency.
