Consulting on Local Adjustment of the General Construction Planning of Van Phong Economic Zone

The People's Committee of Van Ninh commune has just issued a plan to collect community opinions on the Local Adjustment of the master plan for construction of Van Phong Economic Zone, Khanh Hoa province to 2040, with a vision to 2050 (phase 1).

Accordingly, the subjects of opinion collection are people living and residing in Van Ninh commune; Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune and its member organizations; organizations and individuals related to the scope of local planning adjustment. The form of collecting opinions of the community is implemented according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 7, Article 37 of the Law on Urban and Rural Planning 2014; organizing the collection of opinions of the community in the form of posting and displaying in public places to receive opinions of people and through the electronic information page of the local authority at the commune level; individuals and organizations make opinion forms (receive at the People's Committee of the commune or download on the electronic information page) and send them to the People's Committee of the commune (through the Economic Department) or send them to the village head, residential group in the commune. The time for collecting opinions of individuals and organizations on the dossier of local planning adjustment starts from now until October 12, 2025.

Organizing to collect opinions from the community aims to inform and propagate about the Local Adjustment of the planning and the policies of the Party and State on the implementation of the planning in the Van Phong Economic Zone to the people of the communes and wards within the planning scope; grasp the aspirations and legitimate opinions of the community where the project is implemented in order to contribute to increasing the feasibility of the project and creating consensus among the people for effective implementation of the planning.
