On November 6, Ward 2 Police, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City are investigating those involved in the case of dirty substances being thrown at local houses multiple times.
The house that was "terrorized" was the family of Mrs. LTB (81 years old, living in Phu Nhuan District). Mrs. B's house at 390/1 Phan Xich Long was often splashed with paint and shrimp paste by two young men (identity unknown).
The camera recorded two strange young men continuously throwing dirty substances into Mr. B's house.
At about 4:30 a.m. on October 6, two young men rode a motorbike to Mr. B's house and threw two bottles containing shrimp paste and another solution into the house.
The most recent time, at about 12:42 pm on November 2, two young men wearing long pants, black long-sleeved shirts, face masks, and helmets rode a motorbike and threw two bottles of shrimp paste into Mr. B's house.
Mr. B. said that since March, his family has had shrimp paste, paint, and waste thrown into their house nine times by strangers. One time, the glass door broke, and the dirt splashed on family members.
The incident left 7 people living in the same house psychologically affected, affecting their spirit and health. According to Mrs. B., the cause may have come from her grandchild borrowing money from outsiders.
The case of a civilian's house being terrorized and having dirty substances thrown on it in Phu Nhuan District is being urgently investigated.
