The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Women's Union President visited and presented gifts to students and members' families affected by storms No. 10 and 11 in Tan Giang ward and Canh Tan commune.

At Chu Trinh Primary and Secondary School, Tan Giang Ward, the delegation presented 10 gifts to students who are children of Women's Union members affected by natural disasters in the area, each worth 500,000 VND in cash. Next, the delegation presented 10 gifts to students at Duc Thong Primary School, Canh Tan Commune. The total value of the gifts is 10 million VND, taken from the Central Fund of the Vietnam Women's Union.
On this occasion, the Provincial Women's Union presented two gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to two orphans in Na Cat hamlet, Canh Tan commune; and visited and supported 3 million VND to Ms. Trieu Thi Mai, a women's union member in Cau Lan hamlet, Canh Tan commune, whose house collapsed due to a landslide. The support source was taken from the Humanitarian and Charity Fund of the Cao Bang Provincial Women's Union.
After the flood, communes and wards in the province faced difficulties in collecting and treating waste. Faced with this situation, the Department of Agriculture and Environment inspected the situation and directed localities to strengthen control over the collection and treatment of waste after the flood in Thuc Phan ward, Tan Giang.

Through the actual inspection, the Department of Agriculture and Environment requested the wards to strengthen the propaganda work, explaining to the people about the arrangement of waste collection locations due to the flood situation. Implement measures to minimize environmental pollution at temporary waste collection locations. Along with that, carry out disinfection spraying to minimize environmental pollution, avoid odors and flies, immediately collect and transport waste to the treatment area according to regulations.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nung Tri Cao ward received essential supplies from the Hanoi volunteer group to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

The volunteer group supported 900 kg of rice, 93 cartons of milk, 41 cartons of energy tablets, 15 cartons of filtered water, 5 cartons of cooking oil, 4 cartons of sausages; 10 cartons of seasoning powder, MSG, fish sauce and other essential necessities for people in the ward who were heavily affected by natural disasters. The gifts are a source of spiritual encouragement, helping people in disaster-affected areas quickly stabilize their lives and work. The solidarity and contribution of the donors demonstrate a noble spirit of social responsibility, spreading humanistic values, contributing to strengthening solidarity and mutual love in the community.
On the afternoon of October 10, the Provincial Department of Health received support for environmental treatment and insect control chemicals from the Ninh Binh Department of Health, serving the work of environmental treatment, disinfection, and disease prevention after storms and floods .

Ninh Binh Department of Health supports 500 kg of Cloramin B and 24 liters of insecticide to help Cao Bang be more proactive in environmental sanitation, preventing the risk of infectious disease outbreaks after floods.
On October 10, a working delegation from the Provincial Bank for Social Policies (BSP) Branch presented support money to the people of Hoa An commune and Thuc Phan ward to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

In the spirit of “mutual love”, the Provincial Social Policy Bank pledged to support interest rate reduction and loan extension for households severely affected by natural disasters. At the same time, it donated 10 million VND to support the people of Hoa An commune and 20 million VND to support the people of Thuc Phan ward to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 11.
This is a timely source of encouragement and sharing, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love and support" and social responsibility of the staff of the Provincial Social Policy Bank towards the community.
