The draft Action Program has concretized the determination and crystallized the wisdom of the entire political system to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, emphasized Comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee at the Conference to give comments on the draft Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, which took place on the afternoon of October 22.

The action program aims to concretize and effectively implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, on the basis of closely following the guiding viewpoints, goals, development orientations, key tasks and strategic breakthroughs, while ensuring consistency with the province's situation; realizing the goal of soon turning Thai Nguyen province into a modern industrial center with high average income before 2030, striving to become a developed province with high income before 2045.

At the Conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on 20 projects to concretize the Action Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to implement 7 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs and 36 targets in the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

Delegates said that programs, projects, and plans must clearly define specific tasks for the 2025-2030 period, while also orienting the vision for the following years, ensuring clear assignment of responsibilities, roadmaps, and completion times. The action program of the Provincial Party Committee will be the main guiding framework for all levels, sectors, and localities to develop plans and implementation programs for the next 5 years. The implementation process needs to be regularly urged, inspected, monitored, promptly adjusted, supplemented, and updated with new policies, targets, and tasks in accordance with practical requirements; promoting the spirit of initiative, determination, innovation, creativity, ensuring quality and efficiency associated with the responsibility of the collective and the heads of agencies, units, and localities.

Based on the opinions expressed at the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong requested relevant agencies to continue to carefully review the projects to ensure comprehensiveness, accuracy, suitability with reality and create development momentum. Immediately after the Action Program is issued, the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels need to organize effective implementation, ensuring progress and quality, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The Provincial Party Secretary also noted that it is necessary to do a good job of propaganda and mobilization of the people, while promoting the role of supervision and social criticism in the implementation process. Agencies and units assigned with tasks must strengthen inspection, supervision, and promptly report on implementation results; during the implementation process, the Provincial Party Executive Committee will consider adjusting and supplementing tasks in accordance with the practical situation. All levels, sectors, and localities need to pay attention to building a team of cadres and party members to meet the requirements of the task. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the contents of development and enhancement of industrial production value; tourism development associated with preserving the culture of ethnic minorities; comprehensive development of agriculture - farmers - rural areas, modern urban development, etc. The Provincial Party Committee will establish a Steering Committee to monitor and urge the implementation of projects, ensuring leadership, direction, evaluation of the process and effectiveness of implementing each target and goal of each project.
He emphasized that from now until the end of the year, there is only a very short time left to complete the socio -economic development targets, creating momentum for the development of the entire 2025 - 2030 term. He proposed that the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee focus on directing departments, branches, and advisory agencies to review all tasks, promptly lead and direct effective solutions, and be determined to achieve growth targets; closely coordinate with the committees of the Provincial People's Council to prepare content for the year-end session of the Provincial People's Council - a very important session to review and approve a system of policies serving development.
