Mr. Le Huu Tho holds the position of Chairman of the Association for the Protection of the Disabled, Poor Patients and Children's Rights of Khanh Hoa Province.

On October 16, the Association for the Protection of the Disabled, Poor Patients and Children's Rights of Khanh Hoa province held an extraordinary Congress of Delegates for the third term (2022-2027 period).

During the third half of the term, the association mobilized more than 22.4 billion VND to support tens of thousands of disabled people, poor patients, and children in difficult circumstances in the province. Thereby, nearly 1,350 scholarships and 200 bicycles were awarded to students in difficult circumstances; 157 wheelchairs were supported for the disabled; 3 houses of love were built; gifts were given to nearly 7,800 poor people, patients, and disabled people; and schools and related units were coordinated to communicate about preventing violence and child abuse to about 50,000 students. At the same time, the association supported medical examination and treatment costs for 13,820 poor patients; and more than 134,600 free meals were provided to charity kitchens in hospitals...

From now until 2027, the Provincial Association for the Support of the Disabled, Poor Patients and Children's Rights aims to continue mobilizing resources to provide 50,000 free meals for patients; perform cataract surgery for more than 200 patients; present 220 wheelchairs, 300 scholarships; build 2 new Charity houses and many other practical support programs for the poor, the disabled and orphans.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the third term (2022-2027) consisting of 51 members. Mr. Le Huu Tho - former Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department holds the position of Chairman of the Association for the Support of People with Disabilities, Poor Patients and Children's Rights in Khanh Hoa Province.
