Developing community tourism in Lam Dong coastal areas

On October 11, the People's Committee of Tan Thanh commune (Lam Dong province) informed that the Bien Que Huong community tourism area in the commune is serving tourists for sightseeing, camping, swimming for free, and the food court for local people to do business has just started construction of a tourist apartment.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, Vice Chairman of Tan Thanh Commune People's Committee, said that Bien Que Huong Community Tourism Area aims to form a complex of community tourism - high-class resort - entertainment - coastal cuisine in the center of the key economic region of South Central Vietnam. At the same time, the tourist area creates many job opportunities for people, while promoting sustainable development, associated with community responsibility, improving economic and social life.

The investor donated 300 million VND to the Social Security Fund of Tan Thanh commune and 100 million VND to the Border Guard Station program accompanying fishermen.

Currently, the area of ​​​​Homeland Beach is being exploited with an area of ​​​​12 hectares, in phase 1, more than 2 hectares will be put into operation with free services for tourists. The tourist area has started construction of Costamigo coastal tourist apartments including 96 resort villas, 600 condotel apartments and 30 shophouses, planned according to the Home Resort model, with a comprehensive resort style, combining accommodation, experience and health care.

In the near future, the resort will be operated and managed by a professional international corporation meeting five-star standards, providing world-class resort experiences.

The project forms a community tourism complex - high-end resort - entertainment - coastal cuisine .

According to the People's Committee of Tan Thanh commune, Que Huong Beach brings a new look to the area and creates momentum for economic development, improves people's lives, and contributes to making Lam Dong province a leading resort tourism center in the southern region.

This is not only an architectural highlight but also has strategic significance in making Tan Thanh commune a key development area of ​​the province. The local government will always accompany and create the most favorable conditions for investors and businesses to implement the project smoothly, on schedule and effectively.
