Preparatory session of the 1st Congress of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030

On the morning of October 16, at the Provincial Conference Center (An Xuyen Ward), the preparatory session of the 1st Congress of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, took place. Attending the congress were 450 official delegates, representing more than 82,000 party members of the Provincial Party Committee. This congress was organized in the form of a "Paperless Congress".

At the preparatory session, the Congress elected a Presidium of 19 comrades; elected a Secretariat of 03 comrades; elected a Delegate Qualification Examination Committee of 07 comrades; approved the program, working regulations, and internal rules of the Congress; provided guidance on the use of Congress documents; announced the establishment of delegate groups and the discussion locations of delegate groups; and activities of delegates attending the Congress.

The congress was held in the form of a "Paperless Congress"

The Congress voted to elect the Congress Presidium.

In order for the official session of the Congress to be held as required, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai reminded delegates to strictly comply with the working regulations and rules of the Congress; at the same time, requested the comrades assigned to the Presidium, Secretariat, and Delegate Qualification Examination Board to properly implement the content and program of the Congress; the heads of delegations report the number of delegates of their delegation to the Congress Secretariat at the beginning of each working session of the Congress so that the Secretariat can report to the Presidium; the departments assigned to serve the Congress to properly implement the proposed plan, ensuring the conditions for the Congress to take place successfully.

The official session of the Congress will open at 8:00 a.m. on October 17, at the Provincial Convention Center (An Xuyen ward).

Provincial leaders support people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , the Congress called on delegates attending the Congress to support people affected by natural disasters, in order to mobilize resources, join hands with the Party and State to care for and help people in disaster-hit areas to quickly overcome the consequences, ensure social security and stabilize people's lives.
