Phu Quy issues electronic identification codes at a rate of more than 73%

Currently, Phu Quy District Police are focusing all their forces and means to speed up the implementation of Project 06 on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030.

To speed up the process of granting electronic identification accounts to citizens to ensure the requirements of "correct, sufficient, clean, and alive", Phu Quy District Police have coordinated with the police of 3 communes and units to mobilize, propagate, guide the installation and activation of electronic identification accounts to serve the national digital transformation in the district. Up to now, the Unit has issued 24,212 chip-embedded citizen identification cards, reaching 100% and issued 17,846/24,212 electronic identification accounts to citizens, reaching a rate of 73.7%.

With great efforts, determination and synchronous and drastic implementation of solutions, the issuance of electronic identification codes in Phu Quy district will be completed in the soonest time.
