Tay Hoa Lu Ward and Phat Diem Commune organized the 1st Women's Congress, term 2025-2030

* Attending the congress in Tay Hoa Lu ward were leaders of the Provincial Women's Union; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of the ward and 160 typical delegates representing more than 7,600 women members in the whole ward.

During the past term, the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Tay Hoa Lu Ward has closely followed the orientation of the Provincial Women's Union, the direct leadership of the Ward Party Committee, flexibly implemented emulation movements, campaigns and key tasks, achieving many outstanding results. The targets of the Resolution of the Women's Congress for the 2021-2025 term were all completed and exceeded the set plan.

The emulation movement "Building a new-age Ninh Binh woman" and the campaign "Building a family of 5 yes, 3 clean" were effectively implemented, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, creating a strong spread in the community. The Association has supported 165 member households to meet the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean", raising the rate of qualified families to 85.5%, of which 90.5% of member families achieved the title of Cultural Family.

The work of supporting women in economic development and improving financial power has been focused on. The Association has performed well in credit activities with credit institutions, managing 2,094 women loans of over 109 billion VND to serve production and business development, contributing to poverty reduction and improving the lives of members.

The movement of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" was promoted, associated with the construction of new model rural areas, civilized urban areas, and civilized tourism . The Association mobilized members to contribute 2,376 working days, more than 2.3 billion VND and donate 15.6 square meters of land to widen roads and alleys; actively participated in environmental sanitation, and built cultural houses in the street. Many practical models were effectively implemented such as: "Women's flower and tree streets", "Civilized tourism streets", "10 minutes to clean houses, clean alleys", building 58 models of "Clean houses, beautiful roads", contributing to creating a green - clean - beautiful landscape, which was supported by the people.

The work of building the organization of the Association has been strengthened, the staff of the Association is increasingly dynamic, creative, and attached to the grassroots. The Association has performed well the role of representing, supervising, and contributing ideas to building the Party and the government; women of all classes have increasingly affirmed their role in socio-economic development and building civilized and modern urban areas.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Ward Women's Union sets the following goals: Building a strong Ward Women's Union organization, operating professionally, effectively, and adapting flexibly to the new context; promoting the tradition, bravery, intelligence and aspirations of women; affirming the role in the economic, cultural and social development of the ward; actively participating in building a civilized and modern tourist urban area - contributing to building Tay Hoa Lu ward into a "Heritage Heart", a center of innovation, creativity and sustainable development.

At the Congress, the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union was announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, key positions and Inspection Committee of the Tay Hoa Lu Ward Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Pham Thi Kim Oanh was appointed to hold the position of President of the Tay Hoa Lu Ward Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.

The Women's Union of Phat Diem commune was established on the basis of merging the Women's Union of Phat Diem town, Thuong Kiem commune and Kim Chinh commune (old), in which Catholic members account for 23%.

During the past term, the Women's Union of Phat Diem commune has promoted the spirit of solidarity, actively participated in building the Party, government, and organizations at all levels; linked the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style with the emulation movements and major campaigns of the Union. Women's Union members in the commune enthusiastically worked in production, applied scientific and technical advances, and developed family economy; currently there are 22 good production and business models owned by women. Currently, the Women's Union of the commune is managing more than 70 billion VND, creating conditions for over 1,300 members to borrow capital for economic development.

The movements "Building a new-age Ninh Binh woman" and "Building a family of 5 no's and 3 clean's" were implemented synchronously and creatively, creating a wide spread. 100% of the Association's bases maintained cultural and sports activities, contributing to improving the spiritual life of its members. The Association also closely coordinated with the Fatherland Front and other organizations to effectively implement social security policies, deploying the programs "Godmother", "Millions of gifts to share love" with a total support amount of nearly 800 million VND.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Phat Diem commune has identified five key tasks. Therein, focusing on supporting women to develop comprehensively, build happy families; promote gender equality, develop members; build a professional and strong Union organization; actively participate in building a clean and strong Party and government; promote the role of women in people's foreign affairs and local socio-economic development.

The Congress announced the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, key positions, the Inspection Committee of the Women's Union of Phat Diem commune and the delegation to attend the 1st Ninh Binh Provincial Women's Congress. Comrade Nguyen Thi Men was appointed to hold the position of President of the Women's Union of Phat Diem commune for the 2025-2030 term.
