Born and working in Thanh Binh commune, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Nga (born in 1992, Director of Phuoc Ki An Company Limited, Tien Phuoc commune) has few opportunities to access digital technology .

However, being trained in Business Administration at the University of Economics (University of Danang) has helped her have a solid knowledge foundation to apply to starting a business and effectively managing production.

With a progressive spirit and a desire to promote the value of her hometown's agricultural products, Ms. Nga has researched and developed many natural products such as: guava bud tea, turmeric starch, honey turmeric pills, dried passion fruit, dried corn with garlic and chili... Thanks to focusing on quality, design and preserving the typical regional flavor, her products are increasingly accepted by the market.

The jars of honey, turmeric starch, tea buds, and dried passion fruit produced by Ms. Nga are not only consumer products but also contain the story of preserving identity and creating value from her homeland. Ms. Nga expressed: “From the early days of starting a business, I have always received support from the local government in terms of machinery, equipment, and training courses to improve my experience in production and sustainable business. In the coming time, I will develop more new products, promote the application of digital technology, and expand sales channels on e-commerce platforms to reach more customers.”

Recently, at the Da Nang Youth Festival pioneering digital transformation in 2025, Ha Nha Commune Youth Union participated in introducing two typical local products: Ky Nam incense and handmade dried leaves. Deputy Secretary of the Commune Youth Union Huynh Thi Hoa said that the program is an opportunity for localities to promote typical products, while creating opportunities for union members and youth to access digital transformation and apply technology to business development.

Over the years, Ha Nha Commune Youth Union has always cared for and accompanied young people in the process of starting a business, digital transformation, and providing financial support for disadvantaged youth models, contributing to promoting local economic development in a sustainable direction.

Secretary of the City Youth Union Le Cong Hung said that the youth start-up movement in the city has been taking place vigorously recently with many practical and effective projects and models.

In the coming time, the City Youth Union will continue to replicate typical models, organize a variety of activities to support young people in starting a business, and at the same time raise awareness of the role, opportunities and challenges of the young generation in the integration era.

Thereby, arousing the desire to contribute, the spirit of self-reliance, career building and the will to get rich legitimately in the city's youth.
