Farmers' Association of communes and wards held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025

During the past term, the Farmers' Associations of communes and wards have focused on propaganda and political and ideological education for cadres and members; strengthened the organization and apparatus for effective operation; focused on developing members and improving the quality of the farmers' movement. Focused on expanding consulting activities, vocational training, and farmer support services; promoted the movement of farmers competing in good production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably; provided credit to banks to support farmers in borrowing capital to develop production and increase income. Thanks to that, the rate of farmer households achieving the title of good production and business is increasing.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Farmers' Associations of communes and wards have set out groups of targets with breakthroughs to effectively carry out the key tasks of the association. These include actively participating in collective economic development and emulation movements; improving the qualifications and skills of association officials and farmer members, especially digital skills; well organizing service activities, consulting, and supporting farmers, helping farmers to produce and do business well, and strive to get rich.

At the congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of communes and wards for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, decisions to appoint delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels were announced. Delegates also participated in supporting people affected by storms and floods.
