Fire prevention and fighting training, rescue and first aid skills for employees and workers of Tam Coc-Bich Dong Tourist Area

On October 13, the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex Management Board (Department of Tourism) coordinated with the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH), the Provincial Police, and the Provincial General Hospital to organize a training course on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue and first aid skills for more than 150 employees and workers working at Tam Coc-Bich Dong Tourist Area.

At the training course, trainees were imparted with basic knowledge and skills, preventive measures and timely handling of fire, explosion, accident, incident, drowning situations in waterway tourism activities; were instructed on the use of some fire prevention and rescue equipment and means; practiced handling fire, explosion, and incident situations; escape skills in environments with smoke, toxic gas or narrow spaces on ships and boats; and handling rescue situations for people at risk of drowning and drowning...

In addition, students are trained in basic knowledge of first aid in the community such as: cardiac arrest, first aid for drowning, broken bones, falls; handling some common situations in tourism activities...
