Establishment of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists in Ninh Binh province

On October 13, in Hoa Lu ward, the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists of Ninh Binh province held a conference to announce the Decision to establish and launch the Executive Committee of the Association.

Representative of Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists presented the Decision to the Executive Committee of Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists , Ninh Binh province.

Attending the event were representatives of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists; the Provincial Literature and Arts Association; members of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists of the three provinces of Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh , Ha Nam (old) and representatives of a number of related organizations.

At the Conference, delegates listened to the representative of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists announce the Decision to establish the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists in Ninh Binh Province. Accordingly, the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists in Ninh Binh Province was established on the basis of merging 3 Associations of Photographic Artists in 3 provinces: Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam (old). The new Association currently has 23 members who are accomplished photographers and have made many contributions to the general movement.

Leaders of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association presented flowers to congratulate the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists of Ninh Binh province.

Also at the Conference, delegates listened to representatives of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists announce the Decisions appointing the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists in Ninh Binh province. Photographer Dinh Ngoc Khanh was appointed as Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists in Ninh Binh province.

Also at the ceremony, the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists of Ninh Binh province introduced its Executive Committee.
