On February 10, information from the Traffic Police - Order Team, Tuyen Quang City Police, Tuyen Quang Province said that they had verified and invited the driver who opened the car door causing the accident that caused a stir on social networks to come to work.

Accordingly, the driver of car BKS88A-242.30 was identified as Mr. HVV (born 1981), residing in Lung Thuong residential group, Tam Hong town, Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc province.

At the police station, Mr. V. admitted that he was the driver involved and was fully aware of his unsafe behavior of opening the car door. Tuyen Quang City Police later handled the above violation of driver V. according to the law.
