The Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity held its regular meeting in June.

On June 6, comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity Prevention and Control (hereinafter referred to as the Steering Committee) chaired a meeting to assess the Steering Committee's activities in May and identify key tasks for June 2023. Attending were comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

At the meeting, after listening to the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee report on the activities of the Steering Committee and the province's anti-corruption and anti-negativity work in May and some key tasks in June, the Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the results achieved; pointed out the shortcomings and limitations; requested the Provincial Steering Committee to continue to monitor, direct and effectively implement the assigned tasks; conduct inspections of the implementation of socio -economic inspection conclusions and handle backlogs from 2021 and earlier. Continue to lead and direct the handling of corruption and negativity cases and incidents under the monitoring and direction of the Steering Committee; speed up the progress of handling cases and incidents in the plan.

Directing a number of district committees and party committees to select professions and fields to organize self-inspection and self-inspection to detect early and promptly handle acts of corruption and negativity in their agencies and units. Organizing research and promptly taking measures to remove difficulties and obstacles in appraisal and assessment work to serve the settlement of cases and incidents under the monitoring and direction of the Steering Committee; improving the quality and effectiveness of appraisal, asset valuation and judicial support work, serving litigation activities in the province in the coming time.
