The first “pioneering” was the year 1996, when the Group’s founder officially set his first footprint on the Vietnamese economic map. That was in 1996, after many years of studying and doing business in Russia, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet Huong returned to Vietnam and, together with her colleagues, established Nam Thang Joint Stock Company - the first predecessor of TNG Holdings Vietnam. Nam Thang Joint Stock Company invested in the field of shoe processing for export.
Explaining this decision, the Group's founder said: "In 1996, we conducted a survey and found that about 7% of urban workers were unemployed. To both solve the labor problem and meet the demand for export goods, we decided to enter the new investment sector. This decision has created jobs for 3,000 - 3,500 workers, while bringing the company an average revenue of about 20 billion VND/year."
The second strategic "opening" of TNG Holdings Vietnam was recorded at the time when Vietnam participated in international trade agreements from 2001 - 2017. That was an opportunity that TNG Holdings Vietnam promptly seized to expand investment in industrial real estate. Up to now, the Group has owned 14 industrial parks, attracting more than 500 investors from 22 countries and territories. More importantly, through that, it has contributed to solving stable jobs, bringing convenient life to hundreds of thousands of workers in localities participating in project investment.
2014 marked an impressive milestone in the development journey of TNG Holdings Vietnam when the Group officially started to create civil real estate projects, gradually forming an ecosystem of products and services for a more convenient life for Vietnamese people across the country through the TNR Holdings Vietnam brand. This is also the third "opening" event. TNR Holdings Vietnam has quickly become one of the professional real estate investors and developers, supplying the market with nearly 20,000 housing products and more than 300 projects across the country.
