Panorama of the Capital Region's Ring Road 4 through Me Linh after more than a year of construction

Many sections of Ring Road 4, the section passing through Me Linh district with a length of more than 11km, have clearly appeared after more than a year of construction.

At the recent meeting to review the progress of the Ring Road 4 project, Hanoi Party Secretary Bui Thi Minh Hoai requested agencies, units, departments and districts to focus their efforts, and coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to consult on mechanisms and policies, striving to complete site clearance work before the Lunar New Year 2025. According to the Hanoi Secretary, this is the basis and premise to complete the parallel road before the City Party Congress, and at the same time help the investor achieve the goal of starting the Component 3 Project (expressway) in the second quarter of 2025.
