Funding support for 3 "Union Shelter" houses

On October 2, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) organized a fund-raising ceremony to support the construction of houses for union members facing housing difficulties. Attending the house-giving ceremony were Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Phu Lap and representatives of grassroots unions in communes.

Accordingly, in localities, leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded funding to support house construction for union member Nguyen Thi Cam Huong, Cu Dram Secondary School, Yang Mao commune; union member Nguyen Thi Ha, Cu Pui Kindergarten, Cu Pui commune, and union member Dang Quang Tung, Krong Bong Continuing Education and Vocational Training Center, Krong Bong commune.

Leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor and local authorities presented funds to support house construction for the family of union member Nguyen Thi Cam Huong.

It is known that the union members all have difficult circumstances, with an average income of 3.5 million VND - 5 million VND/month. Before receiving support to build houses, they had to rent houses or live with their families.

Union member Nguyen Thi Ha received financial support from the Provincial Federation of Labor.

Faced with difficult circumstances, union members submitted a petition to the trade unions at all levels to consider supporting the cost of building "Union Shelters" and the Provincial Labor Federation agreed to support 50 million VND/house from the Fund to support union members, workers, and civil servants of the Provincial Trade Union, the rest was contributed by family and relatives to build houses of 60 - 70 square meters.

Union member Dang Quang Tung thanks the attention of unions at all levels.

Receiving the affection and attention from the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor, at the handover ceremony, Mr. Dang Quang Tung, Center for Continuing Education and Vocational Training of Krong Bong shared: My dream of having a level 4 house has come true, so I am very happy and joyful. This is the motivation for me to continue to overcome difficulties in life, work with peace of mind, and complete the assigned tasks well.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Phu Lap congratulated the 3 union members who received support to build new houses this time for having a solid house to live in, thereby stabilizing their lives and working with peace of mind. He highly appreciated the proposal to the union at all levels to promptly support and help union members of their units overcome difficulties and have funding to build houses.
