The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune has coordinated to organize 18 meetings with voters, and conducted 2 supervisions focusing on people's livelihood issues. Major campaigns such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" and "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" have been effectively implemented, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of local socio -economic, defense and security goals.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Congress agreed to set out 12 targets and 6 key action programs. Accordingly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ea Phe commune strives for the commune to have a model new rural residential area every year; each residential area has at least 1-2 typical works or works contributing to building and serving the community; strives to build to meet the criteria of an advanced new rural commune; the rate of cultural families reaches 85% or more; the rate of cultural residential areas reaches 95% or more...

At the same time, improve the effectiveness of social supervision and criticism; seriously absorb people's opinions, recommendations and multi-dimensional reflections; proactively participate in contributing ideas to build the Party, State and political system to be increasingly clean and strong.
