Attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Van Tuan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Kim Ruong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Thach Phuoc Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and Director of Vinh Long PC - Pham Thanh Truc.

At the conference, PC Vinh Long reported on the electricity supply situation in the 2023-2024 period, accumulated for the first 9 months of 2025. In the 2023-2024 period, the province will be supplied with electricity through 9 power lines and 6 110kV transformer stations, with a total capacity of 440MVA; commercial electricity in 2024 will reach over 1,449 million kWh, an increase of 9.53% over the same period.

In 2 years, the company invested in 17 power grid projects, with a total disbursement of over 265.7 billion VND; saved over 63 million kWh, exceeding the assigned target. In the first 9 months of 2025, the total electricity output received reached over 3.8 billion kWh; commercial electricity was over 3.7 billion kWh, an increase of 1.59% over the same period, reaching 74.4% of the plan. Recently, PC Vinh Long has closely coordinated with the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council in meetings with voters, resolving voters' petitions on the electricity sector.

Delegates discussed the draft amendments and supplements to the Coordination Regulations between Vinh Long PC and the Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council, and signed the implementation of the Regulations to enhance information exchange, coordinate in resolving voters' petitions, contributing to improving the efficiency of serving the people and the operation of the electricity sector in the province.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Tuan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged the achievements of Vinh Long PC in the past time. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, Vinh Long PC continue to strive to complete the assigned tasks. The Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council and Vinh Long PC regularly coordinate and perform well the provision and exchange of information as a basis for advising on planning policies on power grid planning, contributing to the good implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development tasks of the province.
