Lam Dong speeds up digitalization of site clearance work

On the afternoon of October 16, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai chaired a meeting to listen to a report on the progress of building site clearance software to serve the management of the two expressway projects Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong.

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, after receiving comments from members attending the meeting on September 30, 2025, the unit coordinated with Lam Dong Telecommunications to edit some contents of various tables on compensation, support, and resettlement plans in accordance with regulations and practices when applied. At the same time, the unit also coordinated data entry and software testing.

Up to now, the software has performed a number of tasks such as: Exporting land recovery notices for each household and individual (with statistics on the number of recovered plots of each household) with 128 households and individuals and 179 plots of land of Duc Trong commune.

At the same time, update information on land recovery of households and individuals in the following communes: Bao Lam 2 with 165 households/226 plots of land; Bao Thuan 182 households/346 plots of land; Di Linh 419 households/843 plots of land; Gia Hiep 237 households/390 plots of land; Hoa Ninh 94 households/198 plots of land; Duc Trong 128 households/185 plots of land.

The software also entered current inventory data of 30 households in Bao Thuan commune; created detailed plans for compensation, support, and resettlement for each household and individual.

At the meeting, departments, branches, and units raised a number of comments related to issues such as: Researching more applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in some steps, proposing software that can connect, design excel tables, create more suitable utility windows...

These proposals are considered an important step by the Provincial People's Committee to enhance the effectiveness of digital transformation in land management, speed up site clearance progress, and serve socio -economic development projects in the area.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai emphasized that the files serving the site clearance work are large and complex, and if managed with paper files, there will be many difficulties. Therefore, digitalization will help improve efficiency and transparency in management work.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai said that up to now, the software for managing land acquisition and clearance work has completed some basic contents. He requested the Land Fund Development Center and related units to urgently speed up the progress, continue to complete the software in a synchronous, flexible and easy-to-use direction.

"Thereby, it helps improve management efficiency, better serving the site clearance work of the two expressway projects Bao Loc - Lien Khuong and Tan Phu - Bao Loc," added Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai.
