At a time when the smartphone market is moving towards technology and AI, Vertu remains loyal to the philosophy of "luxury lies in the details", the Agent Q model marks the strong return of the British brand when combining sophisticated mechanical design, handmade leather craftsmanship and a 4-layer security system.
Inspired by the Gyrfalcon, the powerful symbol of the Northern sky, Vertu Agent Q is designed with a SIM tray simulating the shape of a falcon's wings, which can be opened by a sophisticated hinge mechanism that meets Swiss watchmaking standards.
The distinctive “click” sound that resonates with every movement has become a hallmark of Vertu, a testament to the absolute precision of over 320 steel components hand-assembled in England.

The Agent Q's stainless steel frame can withstand up to 150 kg of force, combined with 19 gold-plated details and a ceramic pillow fired at 1,200°C to create a grip that is both sturdy and warm to the hand.
In addition, the natural Ruby key continues to be retained, acting as a “gateway” connecting users to the global Concierge and AIGS Agent system, operating 24/7.
The body of the Agent Q is covered in French calfskin, American alligator or South African ostrich leather, using a seamless 180° shaping technique – a process Vertu perfected after thousands of hours of testing. Each stitch is made using traditional saddle stitching techniques, giving it a soft and personal feel.

Over time, the leather surface develops a natural patina, creating a distinct shine for each owner. This also becomes one of the factors that makes each Vertu a unique item, the value of which is proportional to the time of ownership.
Building on a legacy spanning more than two decades, Vertu continues to put security at the heart of Agent Q. The four-layer security system includes a high-level encryption chip, three separate data spaces, a distributed storage repository and a suite of end-to-end encrypted applications. Personal data, digital assets and communications are all protected in an independent space, separated from any public platform.

In terms of performance, the device is equipped with a 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Supreme, 16GB RAM, 512GB or 1TB memory, and a 6.02-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen. The camera system is inspired by the classic 35mm lens, including a 50MP main camera, 64MP telephoto and 50MP ultra-wide angle, supporting 30 color profiles co-developed with Leica, Fujifilm and Sony, helping photos retain the characteristic "classic film" quality.
In Vietnam, users can pre-order at Vertu Vietnam from October 16, 2025. The time to receive the device depends on the level of customization in materials and finishing, and can last from a few weeks to a few months.
Suggested versions for customers to choose from include the version worthy of the owner, suitable for their personality such as Vertu Agent Q Jade White, Harrods Edition, Oxford Red, Knight Black and Navy Blue, priced from 160 million VND to billions of VND depending on the version.
