(laichau.gov.vn) This afternoon (October 23), Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to summarize the emulation movement and commend typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the period of 2020 - 2025. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" has had strong development, widely deployed in all areas of social life, closely linked with patriotic emulation movements and political tasks of the province and localities. The Provincial Party Standing Committee has issued many important leadership and direction documents, creating a synchronous legal corridor, ensuring timeliness and consistency throughout the entire political system.

The whole province has built and maintained 430 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models, of which 197 models are sustainable and 233 are new models, focusing on the fields of economic development, new rural construction, maintaining security and order, protecting the environment and strengthening community solidarity.

Along with that, propaganda work was strongly deployed with more than 10,360 propaganda sessions, attracting nearly 990,000 participants; 7,980 law dissemination sessions with over 706,000 participants; 780 legal aid cases were carried out for 1,430 cases. Emulation movements associated with major campaigns such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", "Cadres and civil servants compete in office culture", "Women of kindness, creativity, and development aspirations", "Veterans help each other in economic development"... have become the driving force to promote the spirit of patriotic emulation in the whole society.

In the economic field, the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement has contributed to the formation and development of many effective production models, promoting the restructuring of the rural economy, and creating sustainable livelihoods for people.

In the socio-cultural field, many models of building cultural life, preserving identity, protecting the environment, and educating the community have achieved remarkable results. In the field of national defense and security, hundreds of models of self-management of border lines, landmarks, and self-management of security and order have been maintained, contributing to maintaining stability in the area and consolidating the people's hearts and minds.
