At the meeting, the two sides agreed to build a column called “Skillful Mass Mobilization” once a month, each column lasting 15 minutes. The broadcast content reflects the key, outstanding, and typical activities of the political system at all levels related to mass mobilization work; new and effective models, solutions, and movements that need to be replicated in the emulation movement “Skillful Mass Mobilization”.

This will be an information channel to propagate and widely disseminate the Party's policies and guidelines on mass mobilization work. At the same time, it will be a useful forum to encourage people of all walks of life to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, especially in the socio -economic development of the province in the coming time.

The first episode is scheduled to air at 7:45 p.m. on October 14, 2024 to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Party's traditional mass mobilization work day (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2024).
