Report on the implementation results of urban design ideas for the area east of Tran Phu

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to review and synthesize reports on the implementation status and results of the urban design ideas for the area east of Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong Street; note that there must be a report specifically evaluating the results of applying the urban design ideas and the approved general planning and zoning plans in the area. Based on the proposed urban design ideas approved by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the approved zoning plans, the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to implement the following contents:

The People's Committees of Nha Trang and North Nha Trang wards inspect and review the current status, report and propose the establishment and adjustment of detailed plans (1/500 scale) within the administrative boundaries of the wards under their management, as a basis for determining the location of land auctions and the location of public green park planning.

The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment and relevant agencies, units and localities to urgently inspect, review and propose to the Provincial People's Committee a plan to organize auctions and bidding for land that has been recovered by the State (Ana Mandara Resort); based on Conclusion No. 71 dated February 6 of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee, review land plots whose land use term has expired (Sailing Club Restaurant, Louisiane Restaurant), advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct the next related steps, complete procedures to ensure conditions for conducting auctions and bidding in accordance with legal regulations; review and report on the implementation of the investment project on Urban Infrastructure Improvement to the East of Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong Street (Phase 1) as directed by the Provincial People's Committee in Document No. 3121 dated September 4.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to inspect and review the remaining land locations on Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong road axis (parks along Tran Phu - Pham Van Dong road axis, commercial and service planning land locations: Thuy Duong Restaurant, E-Land Four Seasons Entertainment - Service Area, Phu Dong Park...), on that basis, advise, report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to direct the management of land use to ensure efficiency and compliance with legal regulations.

The above units review, request completion and send to the Provincial People's Committee Office no later than October 20, so that the Provincial People's Committee leaders can organize a meeting, listen to the report as a basis for directing implementation.
