Recently, Mr. Bezi Duong - representative of the organizing committee (OC) of Miss Business Global 2023 had a clear response regarding the stripping of the crown and title of Miss Nguyen Thi Thao.

Accordingly, Mr. Bezi Duong said in the decision document, the Organizing Committee agreed to revoke the title of Miss and the coronation item for contestant Nguyen Thi Thao, because she did not have the qualifications and responsibility to take on the title and accompany the Organizing Committee.

The four reasons given by the Organizing Committee include: "Working attitude and style do not respect the Organizing Committee: The Organizing Committee regularly sends messages about the weekly media plan and work schedule to Nguyen Thi Thao and the team but receives no response. Although the Organizing Committee has reminded many times, the above situation has not changed.

Responsibility: Received items from sponsors but did not notify the Organizing Committee. Only when the partner notified did the Organizing Committee find out and ask Nguyen Thi Thao to return them, but she returned a completely different item. When the partner confirmed, the contestant reported that she had lost them but did not mention responsibility and the Organizing Committee had to compensate the customer.

Image value: Since being crowned, she has not been able to maintain the image of a beauty queen according to the criteria of the Organizing Committee. Although the Organizing Committee has given directions and rules right after being crowned, she has received an uncooperative attitude from you.

Not ensuring information confidentiality: During the process of working and exchanging personal information, Nguyen Thi Thao arbitrarily took a photo of an internal message and sent it to the customer without the consent of the Organizing Committee.

As for Nguyen Thi Thao, she said that all four reasons given by the Organizing Committee were not convincing. The beauty said that since being crowned, the Organizing Committee has only supported the work a few times, the rest of the time she and her team spent their own money and effort to find opportunities and invest in their image each time they appeared.

Nguyen Thi Thao also wanted the Organizing Committee to clarify the beauty queen crown that was once introduced as worth 3 billion VND. But when she brought it for inspection, all were assessed as fake.

Regarding this information, Mr. Bezi Duong explained that right from the introduction of the crown, the sponsor affirmed that the crown did not have high material value, its value lay in its image, symbolic meaning and was placed in the right position, associated with the contest message.

The Miss Global Entrepreneur contest will take place from December 2022 to March 21, 2023. The judges of the contest include: People's Artist Le Khanh, beauty Nam Em, actor Cong Hau, actress On Bich Hang, Miss Supranational 2013 Mutya Johanna Datul.

In the final night, 16 contestants from various countries went through three rounds including performing their national costumes, performing Vietnamese ao dai, and performing evening gowns.

After Nguyen Thi Thao was stripped of her crown, the first runner-up, Latvian beauty Alisa Miskovska, was promoted to replace her as Miss.
