The stock market ended the first trading session of October in green. VN-Index increased by 3.35 points to 1,665.05 points. Green dominated HoSE with 175 stocks increasing and 139 stocks decreasing. Market liquidity continued to be cautious, recording more than VND21,480 billion on HoSE.
Going against the market trend, some stocks related to billionaires were in the red. Codes VIC ( Vingroup ) and VHM (Vinhomes) related to billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong decreased by 2.8% and 1.75% respectively. This pair was also among the group that had the most negative impact on the index today.

The group of stocks related to billionaire Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao including VJC (Vietjet Air) and HDB ( HDBank ) also decreased by 1.23% and 0.32% respectively.
Forbes' update shows that billionaire Vuong's assets decreased by 223 million USD and billionaire Thao's decreased by 27 million USD compared to yesterday, to 16.3 billion USD and 3.4 billion USD respectively.

Regarding foreign transactions, foreign investors net sold more than 1,650 billion VND this session. Codes that were strongly net sold were VHM, FPT, MWG, STB, VRE, HPG... On the contrary, foreign investors net bought VIX, LPB, TCH, ANV, NVL.
