As of October 14, the total amount of money raised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to support people affected by recent storms was nearly 4.3 billion VND.

Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; promoting the tradition of "mutual love" of the Vietnamese people and the tradition of charity of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a fundraising campaign to support people affected by recent storms.

In addition, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has also actively integrated donation programs into major cultural events. In particular, on the evening of October 11, within the framework of the World Cultural Festival held for the first time in Hanoi, a charity auction was held to raise funds to support people in flood-affected areas. The auction received strong support from philanthropists, with a total donation amount of 2.5 billion VND.
