Intensive training in inspection and supervision skills for cadres in Party Committees of Central Party agencies

The professional training course is organized in a combination of in-person and online formats for trainees who are officials of Party committees and inspection committees at all levels in the Party Committees of Central Party agencies.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, comrade Nguyen Quang Truong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, said: The 2025 training course on inspection and supervision work provides knowledge, skills, and expertise in inspection, supervision, and Party discipline enforcement for cadres who are members of the Party Committee, members of the Inspection Committee, and cadres and civil servants doing inspection and supervision work at all levels in the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies.

In addition, through the training course, trainees also improved their awareness, actions, and mastered methods and skills to effectively implement the regulations and instructions of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Central Inspection Commission on inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Truong asked the students to promote a sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the class, proactively study the documents, actively exchange and discuss to resolve difficulties, problems, and unclear contents related to the implementation of the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline tasks. In addition to conveying the content of the topics, the lecturers need to pay attention to answering the difficulties, problems, and concerns of the students, especially the practical issues that arise.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Doan Anh Dung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, emphasized that inspection and supervision work is one of the important leadership functions of the Party, contributing to building a clean and strong Party. The practical activities of our Party since its establishment have affirmed that leadership must have inspection; leadership without inspection is considered as no leadership.

Entering a new revolutionary stage, our Party affirms that it must continue to promote the work of Party building and rectification with a higher political spirit and determination. In particular, the Party is determined to strengthen inspection and supervision work to maintain discipline and order; prevent and combat corruption, waste, negativity; manifestations of political, moral, lifestyle degradation, self-evolution, self-transformation within the Party; contributing to consolidating and strengthening the people's trust in the Party and the State. Therefore, the role and responsibility of the Inspection Committee and the inspection staff are increasingly heavier.

Comrade Doan Anh Dung stated that in order to successfully fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to him by the Party and the people, it is necessary to build a team of inspectors who are up to the task, with sufficient numbers and quality assurance; this is an extremely urgent task in the current period. Therefore, the work of training and fostering professional expertise and professional skills for inspectors at all levels is a very important task and needs to be carried out regularly.

Comrade Doan Anh Dung emphasized that the building of a team of inspectors must ensure the requirements of political qualities and working capacity. In particular, political qualities are always given top priority. Inspection tasks in the new situation require special attention to the capacity of inspectors.

The capacity of an inspector must be comprehensive, both broad and deep; both good at expertise and have understanding of knowledge related to Party building work, State laws and economic and social management. Inspectors must be proficient in their profession, knowledgeable in many fields; must be good at one profession and knowledgeable in many professions, both red and specialized.

Taking place over 5 days, the trainees attending the course will listen to experienced leaders of the Central Inspection Commission introduce and convey 9 specialized topics on the professional work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline, including: Overview of the Party Inspection sector and the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; work of grasping the situation and regular supervision of Party organizations and Party members; specialized supervision of Party organizations and Party members; inspection of lower-level Party organizations and Party members when there are signs of violations; inspection of lower-level Party organizations performing the tasks of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline, inspection of Party finances; handling of denunciations and complaints about Party discipline; Party discipline and enforcement of Party discipline; control of assets and income of cadres and Party members; digital transformation, application of information technology in inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline.

Through the training course, trainees are updated with new guiding viewpoints and orientations of the Politburo, Secretariat and Central Inspection Commission on inspection and supervision work, adapting to the requirements of digital transformation and administrative reform in current conditions, to immediately apply to practical work at their agencies and work units.
